Volunteer

Volunteer opportunities abound at Nativity and outside our campus. Our latest Ministry Guide will be published soon but you can review our 2009-2010 Stewardship materials to get an idea of how you can become involved with our Nativity family. There are options for every level of involvement and time committment.

Religious Education
This department runs only by volunteers. We are always in need of Catechists and substitute Catechists. Contact Peggy Schrick at 338.4367 or peggy@kcnativity.org

Eucharistic Ministers
We are in need of Eucharist Ministers to serve weekly at Villa St. Joseph. They have openings on Mondays or Fridays. This requires a committment of 1/2 an hour per week. Contact Tom Garbach, Director of Ministries, at 338.4367 or tom@kcnativity.org

Nativity Nursery
The Nativity Nursery is always in need of loving adults or teens, needing service hours, to care for children during Mass. Contact the Parish Office, 491.5017, for more information.

St. Mary's Food Kitchen
Nativity serves every third Sunday of the month. We are always in need of people to prepare food and also to serve. Pans and sign-up sheets are always available the second Sunday of the month in the vestibule of the church. For more information, contact Pat Amos at mamo@kc.rr.com
