7th & 8th Grade Rel Ed Classes

Religious Education Classes:

Arrival: All 7th and 8th Grade students need to enter through the front doors of the school.  They will head directly to the Gym. We will do an opening with all 7th and 8th graders, then head to class.

Dismissal: You may pick up your student in the lower parking lot.  It your student has younger siblings attending class at the same time, we ask the 7th/8th grader head upstairs to the Library and meet you with your younger siblings.  

Mass Attendance: Attending Sunday Mass every week is expected.  Receiving the Eucharist each week at Mass and participating in the life of the parish plays a critical role in the preparing our hearts for receiving Confirmation. 

Attendance at Class: Attendance is mandatory during this two year process. No more than 2 absences a semester and completion of make-up work from any absences are required.  We have gathered wonderful resources and Catechists. Our effort is to assist you in bringing up your children as Catholic and their need to know Christ. Missing classes and/or leaving early puts restrictions on that. Please try to save an hour and thirty minutes each week for religion classes.
